Moorhouse Consulting were seeking a new office space and with their existing lease due to expire were keen to find a statement office within the City of London.

The site on which the settled was a recently refurbished 9,000 sq ft CAT A space near Liverpool Street Station which benefited from stunning views across the City of London.

The brief was to provide a space to get people back to the office with a flexible working approach.

This brief included a multi functional space which could transform its use for different business needs, quality client facing spaces, private booths and open plan collaborative working zones.

And with the stunning views across the City of London Moorhouse Consulting wanted this to become a true focal point for the planning of their office space.

The final design incorporated a front of house area where the views across the City of London became a focal point on arrival at the office.

This same space doubled up into a multi functional area which could be set up according to the business needs.

Behind this was an island kitchen for use by staff and visitors and in the main office, the design integrated private booths, areas for collaborative operations and quiet zones for focus work.

Overall this was a beautiful project which managed to meet a wide ranging brief and requirements for the client.
