Harnham, and their sister company Rockborne, were expanding within in their existing building by taking an additional 16,400 sq ft of space over two additional floors.

When they took on the space, it was fitted out to the previous occupiers standard which had to be stripped out ahead of the installation of the their new office.

The objective was to have the Harnham part of the business occupy one of the floors and the Rockbourne part occupy the other.

Harnham and Rockbourne provide recruitment services support across various business sectors.

They required additional headcount and training facilities to support their growth and to coincide with the end of a lease in separate building.

The project required new furniture, extensive meeting facilities as well as four large, multi function training suites.

The project also required extensive reconfiguration of the CAT A mechanical systems on behalf of the landlord and a refurbishment of the building reception.

Quantile Project Management were engaged to work with the pre-appointed contractor to develop the design and negotiate the project costs.

We worked closely with the team and value engineered the scheme back into budget, and developed the contract.

The project was handed over on schedule and within budget.
