Groupe Seb planned to relocate from their offices in Windsor to a newly refurbished 14,000 sq ft CAT A space at Botanica, Ditton Park in Datchet.

The objective was to create a new exciting and enjoyable office in which to work that would include spaces for multiple use functions and support the business growth plans for the business.

The objective was to create a new exciting and enjoyable office in which to work that would include spaces for multiple use functions and support the business growth plans for the business.

Groupe Seb are a renowned developer and manufacturer of kitchen appliances who wanted an office that would accommodate all of their business functions including a testing facility, a demonstration kitchen to be used for sales photography purposes and open plan spaces with a residential feel to them.

Quantile Project Management were engaged to work with the selected fit out contractor to develop the design, negotiate costs and establish an overall project budget.

We worked closely with the team to value engineer the initial costs into an affordable position, whilst maintaining the overall design concept.

Once into contract, our role continued with the contractors to ensure the delivery was on schedule and within project budget.
